The very knowledgeable Juan Guillermo Turnoe has the release at his website which features info on the Hispanic Market . The conference is produced by Home Media Magazine in cooperation with DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group, The Hollywood Reporter and the Entertainment Merchants Association.

Bootlegs hurt mi gente

Watching your movies get Bootlegged is no fun and affects the bottom line of future projects bigtime as well as whatever backend profits folks hope to get. It only hurts those that made the film, as El Cantante director Leon Ichaso says in David Gonzalez's Times story, "The police don't bother them, so it's great, except for me".
