Time to Celebrate Music and help the folks out in Cuba

Risas y Musica Para Cuba returns for it's once a year benefit on Sunday August 15th multiple Grammy winner, Paquito D'Rivera, and musical sensation Amaury Gutierrez, who brought down the house last year, Plus, the insanely funny Alfonso Cremata as master of ceremonies will create the magic they do every year with the benifits going to a great cause as they bring it on home to the Miami Dade-County Auditorium at 4pm on Sunday.

This is a great concert to bring your folks to and have a little familia time - There will also be a special homage to to the great Olga Guillot with her family in attendance as she has supported this from day one.

Our friends at the Annual Risas y Musica para Cuba are doing it again this year with this Sunday's Oct 11 benefit concert featuing the always great and hilarious and talented Alfonso Cremata, this time bringing in the big guns with Arturo Sandoval and Amaury Gutiérrez - joined by a cast of stars. It's a great show, a great time, and one the parents usually love - it's even early enough in the day you can bring the abuelos - always fun to take 'em out to it. Time To Party With Your Parents Once Again ;)

Some dear friends of gen ñ are throwing a great concert (They throw one every year!) that recalls Cuba's golden age and is sure to get the mamis, papis, abuelos, and abuelas going - it's the annual benefit concert, Risas y Música Para Cuba, coming up October 12 at the Dade Country Auditorium.

This year they've got Luis Aguilé direct from Spain to sing his famous song "Cuando Sali De Cuba." And Roberto "Caballo Viejo" Torres, comedy from Alfonso Cremata, boleros from Renee Barrios, Latin jazz from Negroni's Trio, tango/cha cha cha/salsa dancers ...and some surprise guests (hehe, they're always a little bit sneaky!) - it will be a great Sunday afternoon as usual!!

Those of you who have attended and/or bought tickets for your parents/grandparents in years prior know it's a great time for them since the whole show recalls Cuba's great era in all it's glory.
