TAN over at aol FanHouse has an interesting take on what he calls "the dulce de leche icing on the latin cake GM Omar Minaya has cooked up in Queens", namely the arrival of Venezuelan Johann Santana as the Mets go to guy in Minaya's ballclub.

Over at Metaforinan , a NY Mets fan site, birtelcom writes that he thinks Minaya may be going with his roster of overwhelmingly Latin players 'cause they may be a bit undervalued in the market.
